Curious about just how much SEO can impact your business?
We're going to how you just how profitable SEO for personal injury lawyers in Miami can be.
The numbers may surprise even the most experienced of attorneys.
Not only is Miami one of the larger markets in the United States, it's also one where a lot of traffic accidents happen. If you're a personal injury attorney that handles car accidents in Miami then you're in a good spot.
Keep in mind that Miami is a fairly competitive market but from what we do see of the competition, they are not unbeatable. This is a recurring theme across the personal injury law market and we're happy to have uncovered it.
If you're considering an SEO campaign just remember that your SEO strategy from the beginning is going to play a huge role in your ability to outrank your competitors for highly competitive personal injury related search terms.
If anything, this is the biggest factor we continue to see in weak performing campaigns. The ones that get it right, the few, are the ones that rise above the rest.
So that you can have a better understanding for just exactly how powerful search engine optimization can be for your personal injury law firm, we're breaking down five different P.I. lawyers in the Miami-Dade area.

Not only are you going to see what kind of traffic they're bringing in on a monthly basis but we're going to break down the incoming links and return on investment potential. Here's a hint, things are looking good.
If you're running a personal injury law firm in Miami, then congratulations are in order. This market is wide open and ready for the taking.
Let's start digging into the real data.
Out of all the law firms in Miami, Gerson & Schwartz are driving solid numbers but they are also driving the largest organic traffic value every month. This means that the traffic they are driving is more likely to convert into new case leads.
Considering they only have five attorneys on staff, this also means that they are getting their picks of the best cases. And if you take a look at their successes page you can see that they've clearly managed to take advantage of this position in the marketplace.
They handle car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, cruise ship accidents, premises liability and wrongful death. As we mentioned earlier, Miami is a hotbed for vehicle accidents so it definitely makes sense that this would make up a huge number of new case leads in the Miami area. Maybe it's all of those fast cars.
The one thing we did notice that even though this firm is bringing in the leads, they are severely lacking in any sophisticated on-page SEO strategy. Not to mention their current off-page SEO strategy is lacking.
Their website only has just over 250 referring domains pointing to it. If they decided to take both their on-page and off-page SEO strategy seriously, they could ratchet up their leads substantially.
Looking at the other close competitor here in Miami, it's would be unbelievably simple for any firm to come into this city and compete at a high level in a short amount of time. The Miami market is wide open for the taking. This is another example of low competition in an active market for personal injury.
The Pendas Law Firm is another player in accident rich Miami Florida. With a list of sixteen attorneys on their website they have the ability handle a number of cases at a time. They do handle personal injury and hurricane insurance claims. No doubt they are landing them.
Assuming they are converting at a low-tier rate, they are probably bringing in several leads per day. If the firm conversion rate is decent then they are supporting those sixteen attorneys without issue.
What I find interesting about their website is their clear lack of internal linking or strategy around it. If this were tended to they could literally increase rankings overnight. Just like their competitors, their SEO strategy is weak at best.
Miami is ready for a competitive firm to come in and dominate in the rankings. This would almost be a cakewalk and well worth it for a hungry personal injury law firm that wants their share of the dozens of new case leads or more created in the area on a daily basis.
With thirty six attorneys spread out among their offices in Florida, Steiner Greene & Feiner have offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa, Port St. Lucie and West Palm Beach. These numbers would make Steiner Greene & Feiner one of the larger personal injury firms in the country.
Checking out the traffic numbers we can see that they are driving more than three thousand organic visits per month through their current SEO efforts. Assuming they are converting at a mid-tier rate, they are driving somewhere in the neighborhood of four new case leads per day. If you're running a shop of thirty plus attorneys, you will need each and every one of these leads.
As far as their on-page SEO goes it's not horrible. I've seen worse but they have created a lot of content that really isn't necessary in my professional opinion. Campaigns like this just create a need for more and more links which can be time consuming to acquire, unless you're running blog posts on a network. That's what I'm seeing here at least.
These types of links aren't sustainable in the long run. Not to mention they look bad. The biggest tell other than the fact that they are obviously links form a large network is the fact that each of the linking domains don't rank for any keywords on their own. This is a huge problem from a quality perspective.
I would guess that these links they are building are providing almost no value whatsoever. This firm is basically burning money. Over the long run they will provide zero value.
This is why you should always get links from reputable websites. Sites that are well maintained and serve a purpose are the best sources to get links from. This is the only type of link building campaign to operate in my mind. Not only is it more effective but it's much more efficient in the long term as these links will provide a ton of value for years to come.
If you're looking for a lawyer that makes you feel comfortable and at home, then look no further than The Law Offices of Prosper Shaked. This website has a good feel to it as does the image Prosper portrays himself.
He handles personal injury, defective products, dangerous drugs and medical negligence. There are a lot of spots on-site where Prosper could use a bit of assistance to beat out his competition and he very well could do just that.
With around 1900 visits per month from organic search, if he's converting organic traffic into new case leads in the bottom tier then he's still seeing around a new case lead or more per day. Depending on his firm's conversion rate from lead to client, he could be doing quite well for himself and his law firm.
After a quick analysis of the backlinks to the website it's very clear to me that there's huge opportunity here. With just over 200 referring domains and only a handful of those coming from blog posts, there is room for improvement.
With an aggressive high quality link building campaign Prosper Law could be dominating their competition in Miami. For a smaller firm to come in and dominate a large market, that's a big deal. In this current environment it's very possible and if Prosper doesn't do it someone else will.
The Wolfson Law Firm has been in business since 1963 ever since Jerome Wolfson graduated from the University of Miami Law School. They get straight to the point in that they only handle personal injury cases.
The one thing that immediately stands out to me is the way they have the menu setup. This is actually not conducive to ranking well, rather just a sign of bad SEO. Basically everything they've done on-site is mediocre SEO at best.
There's absolutely no rhyme or reason to their internal linking. This is something that should be of high concern.
This is another case of the law firm marketing or design company having no clue as to how search engine optimization works. Instead of hiring experts they hire kids out of college and never train them properly. This is exactly what we don't do and will never do. We have a full training program built out for anyone that comes on board with our team.
They also have a sub-domain setup to try and rank for terms in Fort Myers. This is a huge fail on the part of the law firm marketing company that set this up. It looks to me they are just trying to collect a check for work done instead of being thoughtful and efficient in their work.
On top of this there's literally little to no link building work that has been done. This is a huge gap when it comes to rankings. Will the Wolfson Law Firm decide to compete or fall off the map? They are on the cusp of something that could be great. Just look at the numbers the competition is driving.
